The Huntington Woods Public Library is offering a Discussion of Tea and Jane Austen today. Guest speaker, Barb Gulley will talk about the history of tea and its significance during the era of Jane Austen. You will learn today the etiquette of tea during this time period, how Jane would have liked it, the social customs, and what types of tea were available. You will also have a chance to enjoy your own cup of tea during the discussion.
