Lenten Evensong Services
Tuesdays, March 22, 29 and April 5, 12, 2011
Our Lenten journey this year will include a series of four Tuesday evenings when we will gather for a simple dinner (6:30 pm), followed by a lovely Evensong service (7:00pm.) The service will include meditative music from the Taizé community in France and the Iona Community in Scotland. Holy Communion will be celebrated in the round. Each week there will be a short meditation by one of our guest speakers, all of whom will be reflecting on Jesus’ Great Commandment (“that you love one another as I have loved you.”) Our preachers will include:
