The Kid Rock hater went outside for a smoke, police said, and the other two men followed him outside, apparently to defend the local artist’s honor. They roughed him up a bit, shoving him from his chair, pushing him around and shoving him in the face, police said.
The alleged assailants had disappeared by the time police arrived at the restaurant.
