One woman alleged that Cayton tried to pull her from her vehicle, then fled to a waiting red panel van. The passenger in the van was interviewed and cleared of any involvement in the incident, Bloomfield Township police said in a statement. Alcohol appears to have been a factor, police said.

Cayton was arraigned in Oakland County Circuit Court before Magistrate Marie Soma, who set bond at $5,000/10 percent.

At 1:30 pm., the suspect allegedly approached and offered money to a female parked near Rite Aid and sitting in her vehicle. No physical contact was made.

At 1:32 p.m., a second female was allegedly approached while inside a store and offered money. No physical contact was made in that instance, either.

At 1:37 p.m., the suspect allegedly approached a woman inside her vehicle and tried to pull her out.

At 1:45 p.m., the suspect allegedly approached a female inside QDOBA. There was no physical contact, police said.
