Body Found Along Wing Lake in Bloomfield Township
Police investigate portion of private lake Saturday and await results of an autopsy.
An autopsy is scheduled Sunday on the body of a man found dead near Wing Lake in Bloomfield Township early Saturday morning.
Police officials said they were summoned to the scene early Saturday morning by a resident that spotted a body near the water. Further details were immediately unavailable.

WDIV-Channel 4 reported that other sources confirmed to them that the body is of a male in his late teens.
The body was taken to the Oakland County Medical Examiner's Office and the investigation by the Bloomfield Township Police Department continues

Wing Lake is located east of Franklin Road and stretches to Wing Lake Road between Quarton and Maple. The private Wing Lake beach area is secured by fences and located off of Franklin Road, just south of the Walnut Lake Road intersection.
