Police: $42,000 Worth of Equipment Stolen from Andover Road Construction Site
Authorities seek the public's help to solve bold crime not far from Bloomfield Township police headquarters.
need the public's help to try and identify a vehicle that is tied to the theft of construction equipment from the Andover Road project near the Bloomfield Township Municipal Complex.
Surveillance footage from nearby township facilities show a suspicious, dark-colored Ford Super Duty pickup truck leaving the scene towing a non-descript trailer and Bobcat front loader from the construction site near the intersection of Andover and Exeter roads at about 7:30 p.m. July 13, police reports said. The items are collectively valued at $42,000.

The roadway, which also leads to , was closed from Exeter to Telegraph Road in mid-June for complete reconstruction. Also nearby are the The , the Bloomfield Township Senior Services Center and the .
Reports show that an employee with Koala-T Construction, Inc., discovered the company trailer and Bobcat missing from the site early this week.
