Police Blotter: Home Invasion Reported and Scooter Stolen From Hollywood Market

Grocery Scooter Taken
Bloomfield Township police officers were called to the for a report of a stolen grocery scooter shortly after 3 p.m. on June 10, police reports said. The manager of the store called police after discovering the black Amigo motorized scooter missing. It is valued at roughly $4,500, reports said. The theft occurred sometime between 3 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. No suspect information was available
Home Invasion
Bloomfield Township police responded to a reported home invasion in the 3600 block of Halla Lane shortly after 3:30 p.m. on June 7, according to reports. The resident called police after discovering the home was entered sometime between 12 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Officers determined a screw driver was used to pry open the front door. Home electronics, jewelry and cash were stolen. No suspect information was available.

Identity Thefts
- A resident in the 5400 block of St. Martins Court reported that several unauthorized charges were made to her Macy's credit card on June 7, reports said. The woman said the card was compromised sometime last month, but no further information was available. Police said the card, or card information was used to make purchases at several area Macy's stores. No suspect information was available.
- A resident in the 3800 block of Glen Falls Drive reported that an unknown person obtained a Capital One credit card using her personal information. No further details or suspect information were available.
