The charges stem from a burglary in the 400 block of Evansdale on Nov. 23. The homeowner told investigators with the Bloomfield Township Police Department that he left his home about 4 p.m. on the day of the burglary and came home about an hour later to discover someone had broken in the back door. Televisions, computers and a gaming system were taken.
Bloomfield Township police — assisted in the investigation by the Troy Special Investigation Unit, Oakland County Violent Crimes Task Force, Oakland County Sheriff Department, and Auburn Hills Police Department — said investigators also found evidence that may tie the defendants to a home invasion in Auburn Hills that also occurred on Nov. 23.
