Great Escape: Howell MainStreet Winery

Located in historic downtown Howell, on the corner of Walnut Street and Grand River, sits Howell's MainStreet Winery, offering more than 30 varieties of wine. The winery's unique atmosphere offers cozy seating at bars, high top tables as well as comfy couches.

The winery allows guests to purchase a glass or bottle of fine wine. They also sell wine by samples and batches. The winery features special events throughout the year that sell out quickly. For September, the Farm to Table and Flavorful French Culinary Experience are both sold out, so look to October and book early for such events as Superb Soups! and a repeat of From Farm to Table. Both events incorporate wine and food pairing as well as recipes and cooking lessons to learn from. 

Howell's MainStreet Winery is also available for private events such as wedding showers, rehearsal dinners, birthday and anniversary parties. With a minimum of 10 friends, you can also book a private food and wine pairing class! How's that for a great escape?
