With so many commericials encouraging their products and programs for weight loss, you'd think everyone would have reached their goals by now. The reason why our mainstream weight loss programs fail is not because of us; it's because we never really get to the bottom of the problem. If you've ever lossed weight and gained it back, you know what I mean. As a wellness advisor for over 30 years, I always tell people their real help with their health challenges will be finding causes, not cures, and making their body as healthy as can be is their best help. I weigh the same that I did when I was a senior in highschool, which probably surprises most people. There is very good reason for that, and I have been able to do so based on a few very simple principles, not because I've been on short-term programs on and off again through out the years.
