Maplegrove Children & Family programs are offering a new FREE, fun and interactive education and support program for families. Titled, "Coping With Stress", the program is designed for families living with chronic stress due to challenges such as, substance abuse, physical or mental illness, divorce, or other major life challenges. Participants learn how to handle stress in a safe, caring and fun environment. The program includes six sessions and families are welcome to attend any one or all of the scheduled dates.
