Troy Michigan Still Ignoring Loud Noise at 600 W Maple in Favor of Nestle Business Taxes

http://boycotttroy.com
The weather is warmer again and for the 3rd straight summer the refrigerated truck trailers at 600 W Maple in Troy Michigan are over the allowed noise limit and there is no traffic present to blame.  Nestle DSD is very often over the noise limit but Troy Michigan will not respond at the times the noises are loud, instead they took random decibel readings in the middle of winter (trucks not as loud) or when the trucks are out on deliveries.

Choosing to enforce this or not does not make the complaint valid or not.
To see just how loud these can get please visit http://boycotttroy.com for examples.
I am sure some people will say this is over reacting or that it's an industrial area, well only the people that it affects really know how bad it is and it is not an industrial area, the noise limit is 65 decibels or lower at the property line and NO noise should be heard more than 50 feet away from any generator.  This mostly happens between 10PM and 5AM as they are either not loaded or out on deliveries during business hours.  Let's talk about this, tell me you agree, tell me you disagree.  Share any experiences with noise or the city please.
