Just a quick update on the status of the Eastborn Garden. Neighbors bought the lot, so the Eastborn Community Garden is no longer 'official'. I had a great time with it and I'm thankful to everyone who helped out. The Garden still stands as it has and the owners are letting me continue with the beds that are already there. I'm taking it easy and just letting the plants from last year come up and grow. Right now, we have one bed that has been conquered by strawberried (should get a lot this year) and other bed with a bunch of really nice tulips and sprouts of various salad plants (I'll call it the 'salad bowl').
