Like I promised, I'm posting a photo of some strawberries from the garden. I picked this handful today. Some of them I picked before they were fully ripe. Don't let any lack of redness fool you, they all tasted absolutely great! Of course, though, the deep red ones have the most flavor. The biggest one with a deep red color actually didn't make it to the photo; I gave it to a neighbor as I left the garden - according to him is was really good. Compared to these, those giant strawberries you find at the store barely have any flavor!
