The Redford Police Canine Units are vital to our community. The dog and handler teams are trained in drug detection, evidence detection, officer protection, obedience and tracking. These teams must have specialized equipment to prepare for any event that could happen to their dogs out in the field to keep them safe and protected. The teams are an important part of the Redford Police Department's commitment to public safety.
We are holding a 2 part fundraiser to help this program. We will be running a Wildtree sale and a prize raffle. These will run through November and December.
