Been a while since I last expressed dismay about the quality of people running for council but the article about the PAC now endorsing candidates has me wondering if our citizens are going to fall for their endorsements. I asked in previous posts if people have done their homework when voting in the primary election , sad to say I don't think so and now we have this PAC giving money to and endorsing an avowed progressive liberal, another that was mentored by John Conyers and was behind the big push to have foot baths installed at UofM Dearborn and panders to the public about the virtues of free parking as if free parking will save the city. Tafelski is the only one running with any backbone and any of the incumbents are better than the offering of the above referenced . The last thing this city needs is PAC money and influence trying to sway the electorate. Think for yourself. Do your own checking on the candidates .
