1 Critically Hurt In Downtown Detroit Shooting: Police

Police said the shooting happened in District Detroit, which is close to Comerica Park, Ford Field and Little Caesars Arena.

DETROIT — A man was shot Thursday morning near Comerica Park in Downtown Detroit, according to police.

Police said the shooting happened at 3:13 a.m. near East Adams and Woodward Avenue in District Detroit, which is close to Comerica Park, Ford Field, Little Caesars Arena and other entertainment attractions.

The 36-year-old man was taken to a nearby hospital where he was listed in critical condition, police said.
