4-Year-Old Detroit Boy Missing, Taken By Mother: Police

The Detroit Police Department is searching for information on the whereabouts of Jammarr Smith, who was taken around 10 p.m. Friday.

DETROIT, MI — Detroit police are looking for a 4-year-old boy they say was forcibly taken from his custodial parent's home Friday night.

According to police, Jammarr Smith was taken from his home in the 14800 block of Cloverlawn Avenue by his mother, Diamond Cook. He was last seen around 10 p.m.

Jammarr is Black with brown eyes and black hair. He is approximately 3 feet tall.

Police are asking anyone with information on Jammarr's whereabouts to call the Detroit Police Department’s Tenth Precinct at 313-596-1040 or call 911.
