What: Hannan Center presents Emerge! Art Festival, a juried exhibition celebrating the creativity, resilience and continued artistic expression of adults age 55 and older. Nearly 100 works inspired by the theme “Creativity, Connection and Care” will be featured, including paintings, sculptures, spoken word and live performance.
The opening day celebration will include live entertainment, food, an interactive art project, artist remarks and the announcement of exhibition winners selected by prominent art professionals.
When: Saturday, Aug. 1, 2026, noon to 7 p.m.

Parking: Behind Hannan Center we offer a safe, accessible, free, and secure parking lot. During events, overflow is available behind the First Congregational Church at 33 E Forest Avenue (enter off Forest Avenue).
Exhibit Dates: The Emerge! exhibition will be open to the public from Saturday, Aug. 1, through Thursday, Sept. 10. Gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.
