Detroit Man Denied At Nightclub Bit Employee's Genitals, Worker Says: Cops
Police said the incident happened at the Necto Nightclub on Liberty Street near State Street in Ann Arbor.
ANN ARBOR, MI — A Detroit man is facing charges in connection to an assault at an Ann Arbor nightclub on Saturday, police said.
Gino Hearn, 19, was charged with resisting arrest-causing an injury to an officer, resisting arrest, aggravated assault and simple assault. He was placed in jail with a bond at $25,000.
Hearn faces up to four years in prison if he is convicted for resisting arrest-causing injury to an officer and a year for aggravated assault. Resisting arrest and simple assault are both misdemeanors.

Workers at the Necto Nightclub on Liberty Street near State Street told officers Hearn punched one employee in the face and bit them around midnight when he was denied entrance into the club, police said.
One worker, a 20-year-old man, was taken to a nearby hospital after he told officers Hearn grabbed and bit his testicles, police said.

When officers placed Hearn in handcuffs, police said he resisted and caused injuries to a police officer’s fingers.
