Grace Centers of Hope Documentary “Center of Grace” Earns Nomination for Best TV Series at Christian Festival

Grace Centers of Hope in Pontiac is receiving national recognition as its upcoming documentary series, Center of Grace, has been nominated for Best TV Series at the 2026 International Christian Film and Music Festival. The event will take place April 28 through May 2 in Orlando, Florida.

Set to premiere in June on YouTube, Center of Grace is a four-part documentary that takes viewers on an inspiring journey through the more than 80-year history of Grace Centers of Hope. Each 30-minute episode shares how the organization transforms lives impacted by homelessness, addiction, and abuse through faith-based recovery programs, education, and community support.

“The Center of Grace series is a celebration of what God continues to do every day through this ministry, and the small part Grace Centers of Hope is able to play in it,” said Darin Weiss, Pastor and CEO at Grace Centers of Hope. “Each story in this series reminds us that transformation is possible when faith meets love, and when healing begins.”

Founded in Pontiac in 1942, Grace Centers of Hope has grown into one of Michigan’s most respected organizations providing shelter, addiction recovery, and outreach for men, women, and families. The new series brings that legacy to life through personal stories, behind-the-scenes insight, and firsthand accounts from those whose lives have been changed by the organization’s programs.

Center of Grace features interviews with Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard, former Pontiac Mayor Tim Greimel, former Grace Centers of Hope CEO Pastor Kent Clark, and Dr. Pam Clark, former director of the Women’s and Children’s Programs. The series also includes perspectives from national experts on trauma recovery, human trafficking, and homelessness. Several Grace Centers of Hope graduates courageously share their own stories of transformation and renewed purpose.
