METRO DETROIT — Another round of rain/snow showers will cross the metro Detroit area Tuesday morning with temperatures at the freezing mark, according to the National Weather Service.

Forecasters expect the light rain and snow showers to move into the metro Detroit area sometime Tuesday morning before 10 a.m. when temperatures will be in the upper 20s, according to the National Weather Service.

The wintry mix will fade away during the morning hours Tuesday, before a second round of light rain and snow showers return to the metro Detroit area during the afternoon hours when highs reach the mid 30s, according to the National Weather Service.
