• Authorities release surveillance image of Jeep involved in deadly I-69 hit-and-run (wilx.com) — State police are asking for tips after a 52-year-old DeWitt man died from injuries in a hit-and-run while checking his trailer on I-69 near M-100. Investigators have arrested a suspect from Charlotte on unrelated charges but are still searching for the damaged gray 2018 Jeep Compass and urging residents and repair shops to report any sightings.
