• Michigan State Police ask for help finding Jeep involved in deadly I-69 hit-and-run (wilx.com) — A 52-year-old DeWitt man has died after being struck in a hit-and-run while checking his trailer on I-69 near M-100, and Michigan State Police are still searching for the dark gray 2018 Jeep Compass involved. Investigators have arrested a Charlotte man on unrelated charges but urgently need tips from DeWitt-area residents to help locate the vehicle.
