Dexter Community Orchestra Presents River Protection Films

The Dexter Community Orchestra will hold a special screening of films from the Huron River Water Council's Millers Creek Film Festival at its concert on March 6 at the Center for Performing Arts at Dexter High School. Admission is free and open to the public.

The screening will be a fun introduction to the orchestra’s performance of Evan Chambers’ beautiful and moving piece entitled “Watershed for Orchestra." The event takes place at 4 p.m.

The  Millers Creek Film Festival is a video contest featuring original short films and public service announcements that convey a connection between people and water and that inspire the protection of the Huron River.
