Another Injured Deer Reported in Farmington Hills

The eight-buck had an arrow through its shoulder and was still alive when police arrived.

Farmington Hills police have taken three reports in recent weeks from residents who found wounded deer in their yards.

The most recent case occurred Nov. 21, according to The Farmington Observer/Hometownlife.com. A resident who lives on Briar Hill Drive said he found the deer, an eight-point buck with an arrow through its shoulder, in his yard.

The deer was still alive when police arrived,but was euthanized because of the severity of its injuries.

Fresh snow on the day of the report prevented police from tracking the deer.

The report was the third such incident in as many weeks.
