Detroit Regional Chamber Hires New Director of Communications

The Detroit Regional Chamber has hired Tiffany Jones as Director of Communications.

The Detroit Regional Chamber has hired Tiffany Jones as Director of Communications. In this role, Jones will work closely with senior leadership to oversee the Chamber’s internal and external communications and media relations strategies across the organization.

A marketing and public relations professional, Jones was previously the senior director and Detroit office head at Lambert, Edwards & Associates. During her tenure, she led a wide range of media outreach activities and projects for various clients comprised of business and civic organizations.

Additionally, Jones previously worked in public relations at the Detroit Medical Center, including a position as press secretary for former president and CEO and current Detroit Mayor, Mike Duggan.

With more than 16 years of experience, Jones is a seasoned professional in public relations, media relations, crisis communications, event planning and community outreach.

Jones earned a master’s degree in public relations from Ball State University and a bachelor’s degree in communications from North Carolina A&T State University. She is a member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and Detroit Economic Club. She is a member of the Chamber’s Leadership Detroit Class XXXVII.
