Chef Anne-Marie is planning a fabulous 3 course meal at the Longacre House this evening. Tonight's menu includes Escargot in butter sauce topped with puff pastry, baked salmon, pilaf, roasted red peppers and chocolate bread pudding for dessert. All the while you will be able to sample some fabulous wines.
