The former William Grace Elementary School site located at 29040 Shiawassee is approximately 8 acres in size. Preliminary site plans for the dog park are being developed, but it is anticipated that the fenced area for the dogs would encompass an area of approximately 2-3 acres. The City of Farmington Hills would maintain the school property, including the playground structure, as a park for the community.
