Download all forms, fill out, have vet sign, and email us if you want to come on 3/10 for more info. Please leave your dog at home and be on time. We will be at the DKC this March 5-6 at Cobo also with Childrens Hospital of MI Therapy Dogs. Please watch the video on web site and you tube.
