The City of Farmington Hills Senior Division is hosting a Home Maintenance Seminar for adults age 50 or better today.
The seminar will include tips for homeowners on how to deal with problems in their home: frozen pipes, leaky faucets, water in the basement and more.
There will be a panel of experts who will be available to answer questions.
