is hosting an information night for parents of bilingual students to learn more about the English Language Proficiency Assessment (ELPA). The English Language Proficiency Assessment (ELPA) is for K-12 students eligible for English Language Learner (ELL) services. The State testing window on ELPA will be open March 5 – April 13, 2012.
