The Costick Center is hosting a Total Wellness Fair for adults age 50 or better today. The fair offers interactive demos, exhibitions of the latest products and services, free screenings for blood pressure, BMI, glucose, and bone density.
Plus if you are over the age of 60 you can get a free lunch at 1 p.m.
