Learn about wellness at "Walk with a Doc" July 21

The July walk is on "Integrative Health: Focusing on Wellness."

Beaumont Hospital, Farmington Hills welcomes all to attend its free “Walk with a Doc” program from noon to 1 p.m. on Thursday, July 21. The subject for the July walk is “Integrative Health: Focusing on Wellness.” Internal medicine physician Dr. Patricia Schmidt will discuss treating the whole person, focusing on wellness and health rather than on treating disease, and emphasizing the patient-physician relationship.

Walk with a Doc will be held at the Heritage Park Nature Center in Farmington Hills. The park is on the west side of Farmington Road between 10 and 11 Mile Roads.
