Lung cancer support group in Farmington Hills

The next meeting of the Lung Cancer Support Group at Botsford Cancer Center is Mon., Sept. 15, 6-7:30 p.m.

Hour Detroit Top Doc David Sternberg, MD, a minimally invasive thoracic surgeon and member of Botsford Cancer Center’s lung cancer team, leads an informal support group for lung cancer patients. The next meeting: 6-7:30 p.m., Monday, September 15. The support group meets monthly on the third Monday. Open to anyone living with lung cancer; you don’t have to be a Botsford patient to attend. Each meeting features a guest speaker. Patients and their loved ones benefit by meeting others who share their lung cancer journey. Cost: FREE.
