Phillip Serra Named to Forbes Best-In-State List for Third Time
Farmington Hills, MI - Merrill wealth management advisor Phillip Serra has been recognized on the 2020 Forbes “Best-in-State Wealth Advisors" list. Recognition on this list is an industry honor and acknowledgment of his accomplishments. This is the third year in a row that Serra has been named to the Forbes list.
Serra has 31 years of investment experience at Merrill . His areas of concentration include retirement planning, estate planning, tax planning, and commercial financing/retirement plan services to businesses. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oakland University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
The Forbes ranking of Best-In-State Wealth Advisors, developed by SHOOK Research, is based on an algorithm of qualitative criteria, mostly gained through telephone and in-person due diligence interviews, and quantitative data. Those advisors that are considered have a minimum of seven years experience, and the algorithm weights factors like revenue trends, assets under management, compliance records, industry experience and those that encompass best practices in their practices and approach to working with clients.
