Farmington Hills City Council member Michael Bridges was sworn in as Mayor Pro Tem at Monday night's regular meeting at the newly remodeled . Bridges, a senior sales representative for Johnson and Johnson, was elected to City Council in August 2008. The mayor pro tem is appointed by the council to step in when Farmington Hills Mayor Jerry Ellis is not able to attend council meetings and other events. ﻿Bridges and his wife, Deborah, have two children, Michael Chad and Chauncey.﻿
