New AT&T Store Opens in Brighton

The authorized retailer located on Grand River Avenue.

AT&T opened a new authorized retailer location in Brighton Saturday at 8671 W. Grand River Ave.

The store will provide customers with options for the latest devices, accessories, and services such as U-verse from AT&T.

“Our goal is to become America’s premier retailer by providing an exceptional experience in every interaction and that begins with having stores conveniently located for our customers,” said Brian Ducharme, vice president/general manager, Indiana, Michigan Ohio. “AT&T customers looking for the latest wireless applications and services, smartphones, tablets and accessories to mirror their mobile lifestyles now have another great location to find the right solution to fit their mobile lifestyle.”

Over the past six years (2009 to 2014), AT&T invested nearly $140 billion including investments in its wireless and wireline networks and acquisitions of wireless spectrum and operations. Since 2009, AT&T has invested more in the United States than any other public company. In a September 2014 report, the Progressive Policy Institute ranked AT&T No. 1 on its list of U.S. “Investment Heroes.”

“AT&T continues to invest in Michigan,” said Jim Murray, president, AT&T Michigan. “This new store for Brighton, and ones like it in neighboring communities, helps better connect residents with the devices and services they are asking for.”

The Brighton store, owned and operated by MMS Group, Inc., will be open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday, noon to 6 p.m.
