As security was helping the injured woman, witnesses told police the 33-year-old woman said "I'm going to kill you."

The 33-year-old woman began walking toward the security guard while holding an object believed to be a knife, according to police.

The security guard pulled out his gun and told the woman to back away, according to police.

He then determined the object was a wrench and attempted to put away his gun, according to police.

The woman dropped the wrench and pulled out a handgun and approached the security guard, according to police.

Witnesses told police she then raised the handgun to her chest while standing 1 to 2 feet away from the security guard. That's when the man shot the woman six times, according to police.

She was taken to a nearby hospital where she died, according to police.

The 36-year-old woman, who was injured in the fight earlier, was inadvertently struck in the leg, according to police.

She was taken to a nearby hospital where she was treated for non-life-threatening injuries, according to police.

Officers recovered the security guard and the woman's firearms, both 9mm handguns, according to police.

Police said the security guard is not a police officer and prosecutors declined to bring charges. They said the investigation is complete.
