During the hour and a half cooking demonstration, you’ll learn scrumptious seafood recipes, proper cooking techniques and nutrition facts from the pros. Enjoy samples of each recipe and the rich aromas as you watch Chef Rebecca prepare the dishes live! Registered dietitian, Annie House, will serve as the health and diet guru throughout the class and answer all your nutrition-related questions.
