AT&T Upgrades Wireless Network on 26 Southeast Michigan Sites
Farmington Hills among the communities getting enhancements.

Farmington Hills is among the Oakland County communities receiving upgrades on the AT&T wireless network, designed to add greater capacity or bandwidth and speeds to cell towers.
Two sites each in Farmington Hills and Southfield, along with towers in Birmingham, Rochester, Troy and Highland Park are among communities getting the enhancements. A total of 26 upgrades were made across southeast Michigan, within Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw, Wayne and Lapeer counties.
These upgrades are like adding more lanes to a highway carrying traffic from a customer’s device to the cell tower, resulting in faster speeds.
