Visions for Vacancies: Challenges Face Long-Vacant Gas Station in Farmington

Every once in a while, Farmington city manager Vince Pastue says, he hears about someone interested in the former Clark gas station at Nine Mile and Farmington Roads.

"It's one of those traditional old gas stations where the parcel itself is very small," he said. Today's gas station/convenience stores require more land, Pastue added, making development of the property a challenge. 

So let's get creative: If a gas station is not feasible, what would you like to see built in the northwest corner of that busy intersection?
