Want a Free Hair Cut? Bring a Rooster to Rooster's MGC April 9 and 10

The new Farmington Hills barbershop is collecting roosters, but don't bring in any real ones.

Men and boys who have a rooster and want a free haircut should visit Roosters Men’s Grooming Center (MGC) April 9 and 10.

Customers may bring ceramic roosters or clothing, pictures and other items with roosters on them.

“We want to be good neighbors, so we can’t accept real ones,” said Amir Shahnazary, the store’s owner.

Shahnazary hopes to create a “roosters” display with the event memorabilia.

“Depending on how many ‘roosters’ we receive, will determine what we do with them in the future,” he added.  “Our goal is to have fun, create some interesting conversations, and allow our barbers and stylists to demonstrate Roosters’ reputation for exceptional customer service."
