West Bloomfield Students Sent Home After Threats: Report
The students were sent home Monday morning while police investigate the threats from social media.
WEST BLOOMFIELD, MI — Students from the West Bloomfield school district were sent home Monday while police investigate threats made against the school district on social media, multiple outlets reported.
"We are aware of a social media post reference West Bloomfield Schools," West Bloomfield police said. "In an abundance of caution we have assigned officers to extra patrol WB Schools. We are in continued communication with WB Administration and our detectives are actively investigating the information."
Police confirmed there is no imminent threat at this time.
