• Gladstone DDA adjusts facade program for downtown businesses (uppermichiganssource.com) — Gladstone's Downtown Development Authority is expanding its façade grant program so downtown property owners and now tenants can apply year-round for help improving building exteriors. Approved projects may receive up to 75% of costs, capped at $5,000, for upgrades like signage, murals, and pavilion improvements. Applications will be available on the city's website starting Monday.
