Dunford Ties LCN Home Run Record
Senior Brittani Dunford smashed seven home runs this softball season to tie the LCN record.
With a lot of softball still left to play this spring, Brittani Dunford is poised for a record-breaking season.
The senior softball standout is currently batting .571 for and has already smashed seven home runs, tying the school record for number of home runs in a single season.
Also strong defensively, Dunford covers a lot of green in center field for the Crusaders. She has 23 putouts and two assists.

"Brit is our team captain and shows great leadership on and off the field," said LCN softball coach Mark Mignot. "She is also an outstanding student and is attending Detroit Mercy next fall where she is going into the nursing program."
