MSU Extension office is offering the public an "Affordable Homebuying Seminar," a two-hour workshop that will guide one's decisions about becoming a homeowner. Attend and you will learn about the pros and cons of renting vs. buying, budgeting, credit, affordable neighborhoods, loans and down payment requirements, and special home buying assistance programs.
The workshop is free. It will be held at the county's VerKuilen Building, located at 21885 Dunham Road, Entrance E, Clinton Township.
