Ex-Wife Gains Custody of Children with Man Accused of Assaulting Dakota Teens
Julie Bosca, of Macomb Township, recently won temporary custody of her two children with Vincent Bosca, a Sterling Heights man facing felony charges in the alleged assault and abduction of four Dakota students.
The ex-wife of a Sterling Heights man accused of abducting and assaulting four Dakota High School teens recently gained temporary custody of the couple's two children.
Macomb Circuit Judge Mary Chrzanowski granted Julie Bosca, 42, of Macomb Township, short-term custody of her two children with Vincent R. Bosca, according to The Daily Tribune. However, the judge rejected her request for a personal protection order.
Vincent Bosca and Allen Roy Brontkowski, both 45 and from Sterling Heights, and Gerald Henry King Jr., 45, of Shelby Township, , including extortion, unlawful imprisonment and assault with intent to do great bodily harm for allegedly luring six teens to Bosca's home and assaulting the four who were restrained.
The following statement was taken from Julie Bosca's PPO request by The Daily Tribune:
“I am afraid what he will do to me,” she wrote in the PPO request. “He has been physical with me at the end of our marriage. He took my arm and twisted it behind me and pushed me to the floor. Had me in the bathroom pushing me so I could not get out.”
Judge Kimberley Wiegand set during his arraignment on June 15. He has since posted bond, according to sheriff’s office records, but will be required to wear a GPS tether.
