• Warren man sentenced to 22-50 years in fatal shooting of housemate (clickondetroit.com) — A Macomb County jury convicted 21-year-old Warren resident Kayvon Briscoe Hall of second-degree murder and felony firearm in the fatal 2025 shooting of his 63-year-old housemate. He was sentenced to 22 to 50 years in prison, plus a consecutive term for the firearm charge, after the victim died at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital. Prosecutor Peter Lucido emphasized that such violence will not be tolerated in Macomb County.
