• Michigan Residents Sue Apple Over AirTag Stalking, Claim Safety Features Failed (lawcommentary.com) — A Madison Heights resident is one of two Michigan women suing Apple, alleging an ex-partner used hidden AirTags to track her movements despite the company's safety features. The federal lawsuit argues Apple could have reasonably designed stronger anti-stalking protections and seeks damages plus changes to how AirTags are marketed and built.
